Cayden’s journey with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) In-School Youth program began in May 2022 as an eager young adult with no prior work experience. With the support and resources provided by WIOA and the Central Region Job Centers, Cayden gained invaluable skills, securing multiple job opportunities during her time in the program.
In May 2024, Cayden proudly graduated from the School of the Osage, a significant milestone in her journey. She is now employed in the food service industry and thriving in her role. Looking to the future, Cayden is excited to explore post-secondary education opportunities in child development.
