On-the-Spot Interviews and Real Conversations
Walk-In-Wednesdays is designed to remove barriers in the job search process. Instead of applying online and waiting for a response, job seekers can meet directly with employers and take part in on-the-spot interviews.
This format allows for real conversations, immediate feedback, and a stronger chance to stand out.
“Walk-In-Wednesdays creates a space where conversations can quickly turn into opportunities,” said Sundi Jo Graham, Communications Coordinator for the Central Workforce Development Region. “When job seekers can meet employers face-to-face and interview on the spot, it builds confidence and helps move the hiring process forward.”
As the series continues, these events remain a reliable way to support job seekers, strengthen the local workforce, and help employers fill open positions.
