The Basics of Manufacturing Job Training program will teach you the fundamentals of how manufacturing works and arm you with some basic skills to make you a far more attractive applicant for positions in the manufacturing industry. During this week-long course, participants will also learn how to do well in an interview and dramatically improve their chances of landing a good job and launching themselves into a rewarding career in manufacturing. On the final day of the course, local manufacturing companies will hold interview sessions with participants and you could finish the course with an actual job offer!

Missouri Enterprise is partnering with Phelps County Dream Center of Rolla, Missouri, to offer a No Cost Basics of Manufacturing course that introduces individuals to manufacturing concepts to assist in attaining an entry-level position in the manufacturing industry.
