The Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development (DHEWD) continues to offer both job seekers and employers opportunities to connect through extended Virtual Job Fairs.

They’ll be hosting multiple virtual job fairs every Tuesday through December as part of the Return Strong Initiative. Virtual job fairs will be held from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Though Missouri has faced record unemployment rates due to COVID-19, the Return Strong recovery plan is helping Missourians get back to work as quickly as possible.

The virtual fair overcomes geographical and time zone barriers by allowing exhibitors to interact with potential candidates in a digital environment.

DHEWD will offer virtual job fairs for all types of employment, but will also be focusing on specific dates for healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, and IT. The schedule will apply as follows:

September 29 – Healthcare
October 6 – Regular
October 13 – Regular
October 20 – Manufacturing
October 27 – Regular
November 3 – Agriculture
November 10 – Regular
November 17 – Regular
December 1 – IT
December 8 – Regular
December 15 – Regular
