The program has recently celebrated its inaugural graduate, Timothy Kleeschulte, marking a promising beginning for individuals seeking a transformative career shift.
The CDL training program, spanning four weeks and encompassing 160 hours of training, is designed to provide a holistic learning experience that combines classroom instruction with hands-on driving practice. Participants are exposed to a structured curriculum that hones their driving prowess while equipping them with essential industry-specific knowledge in Lebanon, Mo.
Meet Timothy Kleeschulte: A Journey to Success
Timothy Kleeschulte, hailing from St. James, Missouri, embarked on his path to a new career with determination and dedication. Before joining the CDL training program, he worked as a general laborer at Hartman’s for the preceding two months. However, Timothy aspired for more – a stable and promising career.
On July 24, 2023, Timothy embarked on his CDL training journey, and on August 22, 2023, Timothy stood as a testament to the program’s efficacy. With the newfound qualification, he expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Getting my CDL will open a lot of doors for me. I now have a career, not just a paycheck-to-paycheck existence.”
