The Central Workforce Development Region has launched a new podcast, The Workforce Link, offering forward thinking conversations for the workforce, linking employers and job seekers to a brighter tomorrow.

Hosted by Sundi Jo Graham of the Central Workforce Development Board, The Workforce Link offers discussions on job searching; resume and interview tips; leadership lessons; personal development; and interviews with industry leaders in both the private and public sector.

The most recent episode focused on helping listeners find their why. “You lose your way when you lose your why,” says Gail Hyatt. Have you ever stopped long enough to ask yourself why? Not “why did I do that stupid thing?” but “why do I want to do something different?” Everything changes when we start asking ourselves that vital question.

Are you an employer who needs help finding your next great team member? We’re ready to help! Learn more today…

Season one of the podcast will feature a variety of topics, including how to find your why, understanding hard and soft skills, and interviews with leaders in a variety of industries, including First Lady of Missouri, Theresa Parson.

I’m honored to be chosen as the host of this podcast. Not only are we going to learn and have some great conversations, but we’re going to have some fun and laughs along the way.
