Frustrated by the job search process? It’s hard to find a job. Employers spend thousands of dollars trying to find you, you spend hours trying to find them, and yet very few people are completely happy with the results. There may be a company hundreds of miles away or even next door that has the perfect opportunity for you. How will you find it?
Talify Missouri is an assessment that adds your personality and preferences to your experience, interests, and skills to complete a unique profile. Not only will you receive personality feedback, career guidance, and personality coaching, employers can identify your unique mix as a terrific match and reach out to you for an interview.
ACT WORKKEYS – NCRC TESTING
The ACT WorkKeys© test for the National Career Readiness Certificate© provides the needed assessment of potential employees’ basic Math, Reading, and Graphic Literacy skills, so necessary to tasks in the majority of occupations. Individual reports can be a part of the applicant package provided to employers.

Training
Once you’ve determined what occupations and skills are needed, you may discover that your plan requires further education and training.
The Job Center can help you locate on-the-job training or educational programs to acquire certificate and degree credentials.
They can also determine if you are eligible through multiple government programs for tuition and other financial assistance.
Staff are available to help you keep on track with the training program that makes it possible for you to succeed in your occupational choice.
