Whether you’re continuing your education, preparing to enter college, or improving your employment opportunities, the Adult Education & Literacy (AEL) and English Language Learner programs at State Fair Community College in Osage Beach, Mo.,  can help you build a foundation for success.

The adult literacy program, instructed by Sharon Gilliam, is designed to improve reading, writing and math skills whether or not participants have a high school diploma. Whether seeking a High School Equivalency (HSE) certification or developing basic skills, individuals can work at their own pace with the help of computer-assisted instructional materials, individual work sessions, and group instruction.

The AEL program offers a variety of services to participants for free.
